tein works good?
Many have Tein Flex on EVO. It works well if you set up correctly. I would read the install instruction included with TF and take time to follow. Especially, the lower ring should be locked before and after install. They are not tightened and can be rotated over the time. Another tip I have for you is that I would cut a hole in the trunk liner so that you can get to the shock top where you can adjust the rebound/compression. This makes so much easier. You only need to cut about 2 inch circle in diameter. For the height of the EVO, I would not go more than initial setting written in the instruction. I have actually rised mine about 1/2 inch higher both front and back. I have tested -6 to -14 clickes from the stiffest and I like -7 for the track and -12 for the bumpy roads. It is a great suspension for the $.
Also, I would mark the front struts rod (Top) with black marker after installation (under the hood). This will be easier way to monitor if your suspension is rotating/moving. I marked these so I can check if they are getting out of position by simply looking at the mark after opening the hood...
Good choice on CO selection...
