Unhappy Yokohama Advans

I have about 6300 miles on my EVO, and I've already experienced 2 flat tires!! Now, down here in South Fl, the roads are pretty flat and clean, but somehow the smallest debris gets into the tires creating leaks!! I am very happy with what the tires do for the car, but c'mon... They are so soft that I keep getting freakin flats!! Is anyone else having these problems? Damn, I'm aggravated.. Later..

That's weird. I'm in Westchester NY with alot of hills and twisty roads with plenty of dirt and gravel. I've even taken my car on some gravel roads for fun I drive my car pretty hard on those roads and have about 4000 miles with no problems.

Wore mine out down to the wear bars in 4500 miles. Of course 3 autocrosses and 2 practice days didn't help.

Hence the new ES-100s for the street and the V700s for track use.

I have never had a flat in any of my cars in the past.. Maybe a small leak, but no flats.. That's why I'm aggravated.. Next set will definately be a little harder compound.. But I do love what the Advans do for the car...!!
