help needed.. will this fit?

i have an advan super racing version 2, it is 9.5 wide with a 42 offset, i'm planning to wrap it with 245/40 r18 tires, will this fit on my evo 7? will it have rubbing issues? do i need to put a spacer? and would the tires be just right? i tried the mags on the car while the front part was jacked up, the rims cleared the brakes well but it only cleared the suspension by around 3/4ths of an inch.. please advice.. thanks in advance

You most like will need spacers up front, some negative camber and fender rolling/pulling in the back.

Probably 20-25mm up front and 15-20mm in back. Fenders will definitely need to be rolled.

If you buy a pair of 15mm spacers, a pair of 20mm spacers and a pair of 25mm spacers you should be covered, then just sell / return the unused pair.

There's not many choices in 255/35, I think the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 is the best and it's pricey, most of the rest in that size are crap.
