The Sparco Viper R in gun metal better to call almost black. The Pure Spirits you liked are a 3 pc wheel so they cost a pretty penny. The Buddy clubs are pretty cheap however.

Don't by Kokiaks!!

Whatever you do, Don't buy Kodiaks. I have to deal with these pieces of crap on a weekly basis. Tyhe are light, but bend like butter. They flex so bad on Formula Fords and F2000 cars so I can't imagine what they do on a 300lb car. The ones they make for Sedan type cars are such a pain to mount. We have bent them just trying to peel the tire off. The majority of these wheels take 80 pounds to seat the bead, and this is with the slickest lube we have. Stay away at all costs.

If you want real 3 piece wheels, get BBS. they cost about $500 each are light as the Kodiaks but are super strong. I can probably get them if you are interested.

Bad news the type CR R/H won't clear brembos . Buddy Club QF is the lightest they sell. They weight 14.77 lbs but you will have to get them in 18 x 9 +35 at $2066.00 The PII which will be heavier will run $1790.00 for 18 x 8 +35.

If it makes any difference, the top WRXs in STX seem to favor the Enkei RF-1 17x7.5, not sure if they make a wider rim (since you'd probably be in ESP and not a street tire class), and my guess is that 17s will be more favorable for the Evo in autocross than 18s. That's my .02

edit: if you need 18s to clear upgraded brakes, then maybe 18s would be better. Forget I said anything, I'm going to go play with my Lancer
