Pulsating noise in brakes?

I was out of the country for 3 weeks, and the car sat there the whole time. I came back about 3 weeks ago, and thought the noise/feeling would go away by now. But it's still there.

It slows down as the car slows, but I can't find anything visually wrong with any of the rotors. What else could it be?

THanks for any help.

Try re-bedding the brake pads. If this doesn't work, try getting the rotors turned. Most likely just have some surface rust and uneven pad deposits which is what my suggestions would address.
