There's a search function and a specific suspension forum for a reason.

kuhmo mx in stock size are only $120 at tire rack or you could do the rt615's from vulcan for about 115-125 but you would have to either do a 235-40-17 or a 245-45-17

I would go with the Falken RT 615s cheap and good replacement for stockers when considering comparable (not quite like the stock Yoko's) to stockers....there are many other brands....just figure what is your requirements...

I've heard good things about the rt 615s. My choice, once these snow tires die.

hey guyz I really like the "Michelin Pilot Sport PS2" any good info on these tires? I have noticed many great cars carry these tires as O.E.M. ... also I noticed that my car makes a really loud noise when my front right side hits any kind of bump or anything... at almost any speed... it's like it big bammmmm.. so todaY after getting back from work i inspected the front right side tire area and sure enough I found a piece of plasic from the suspension that looks to cover the curly springs or something..but it's defentily from my suspension!! so now I'm worry .."this might explain why my cars pulls like crazy to my right at any speed over 10mph!!" any help will be gladdy taking... I was gonna jack up the car just too look.. but I then though of just taking it to the dealer since I won't do anything besides inspected anywayz... so do u guys think this might be covered by warranty? will be I charged anything by taking it to the dealer to get inspected? and what could it be? thankx guyz.... please help

had ps2's. took good care of them but i would suggest getting 245/40r17s instead of the stockers, as I had better success with the soft sidewall on the PS2's with a shorter sidewall. Great street tire though, it really held kicked *** in overall grip, excellent wet weather grip and the only complaint was lack of stiffness, too much compliance which was easily remedied by the 245s

Get some yokohama A048's and hold on! Keep your check book ready, because they will be shot after 5000 miles

I too have a set of PS2's and I must say that they are a great DD tire. They handle very well in dry, excellent in the wet, and the ride quality is 10 fold better than the stock Advans, not to mention how much quieter they are. The sidewall isn't as stiff, so you loose some intial turn-in, but it totally makes up for it in the ride quality.

When my tires die my list would be:
1) Used 046 that were made no later than 06
2) New 046
3) New 048
4) New Bridgestone RE-01r in 235/45/17 for 188 per tire @ tirerack
5) New 050 PP <-- God I hope I don't go that route
6) New Falken RT-615 <--I really really hope not these tires are garbage but u get what u pay for.
7) ???? Not really much else out there.

Options 4, 5, & 6 I can get a 30day return policy.

For number 7, how about the Advan ADO7's. They seem pretty good. I have never used them personally, but head great things. Put them in your 5 slot and move everything down

Actually Kind of forgot about them. If I did add them to the list may be 4 or 5. I just looked up another stat on the RE-01r, they actually weight 28 lbs per tire. Do they really put stones in their tires or what? I was also looking for tires in the stock size.

Replacing the tires on the stock rims on our cars is so no fun, unless your pockets are full of $$$. Sad thing is anything other than the first 3 on my list you will be signifficantly reduce the performance of your car, turn-in/response and traction/grip.
