I bought my 05 about a month ago and it came with drilled & slotted rotors along with Hawk pads, and my car does the exact same thing as yours, from the very slight shutter of the steering wheel under very light braking on the express way to the squeal at 5-10mph.. It's just something you'll have to get used to with ceramic pads.

 

i used to have the same problem... but my squeekin noise was gone after i installed a SS brake line.

 

performance pads squeak, (coumpounds are made to stop and withstand more heat/punishment, not for comfort), and the vibration is from braking too hard/often. ( like traffic, or from 65-0 in 2 seconds.) LOL. rebed the pads by braking some good long and short braking with some cool down time in between. don't let the hot pads sit on the rotors. couple a weeks and the "warp" should be gone. the pads will still squeak though. $30 raybestos pads from kragen FTW!
