Racing Hart Problem!!!!

Hello, i have a serious problem with my RH wheels and tyres.

I bought a 03 Evo usdm and it has these rims Racing Hart J 8 19" and i already had 3 times that my tyre did get of the rim when driving on the highway.
Whe did look at the rims and it seems they dont have on the inside a ring that helps to hold the tyre on the wheel. My answer is this normal for those wheels??? ore did they take that ring away??

Does anybody know this problem ???

AFAIK the hump part of the bead seat is fixed to the wheel, it's not removable. I don't see how that part could be missing. Are you sure you're buying the correctly sized tires for your wheels?

After a new check, we did see that the wheels all have traces of mechanical work. it seems that it was cut away.

WHY????????????????????????
