can anyone help me find the owner of this car or help me with the wheels size and type,i think they are volk te37's but cant find any with a polished lip so if anyone out there can help it will be appriciated!! thanks

 

those are 19x8.5 volk racing le-37 rims in a +22 offset. and it was a limited edition gold for topsecret i believe. rays stop making the le-37 rim a little while ago

 

o great might make it a little hard to get then and you sure it was a +22 off set? and 19 not 18 inch wheels
