second opinions needed: alignment #'s

**update 11/22 on the last post. HELP!**

While rotating the wheels recently, I noticed some pretty bad wear on my outside front and inside rears. The others were wearing just fine. I had gotten an alignment at approximately 5k miles while on the stock Advans after hearing about some Evo's coming from the factory with very whacky numbers, but at the time my tires were fine. Numbers for that first alignment were more or less where I expected, a bit of negative camber all around due to lowering on the coilovers, but toe was very minimal.

Brought it in today to the same place, and here are the numbers that matter (all are final adjusted #'s):

Front Left Toe: -.02
Front Right Toe: .02
Total Front: .01

Rear Left toe: .11
Rear Right Toe: .09
Total Rear: .21

The fronts I'm not terribly worried about, but the rear with a total toe of .21 degrees concerns me. I asked the tech why he couldn't get it closer to zero, and he said they had maxed out the factory adjustment. The rears are about 1.5" lower than stock. Does that sound right to anyone else?

I have no problem getting to zero toe in the rear Al, something sounds fishy.

Can't say it does - You can make up the difference in loosening a few components and coersing them. Make sure to retighten to factory specs...

That's what I figured, it's hard to find a place that knows what they're doing. Looks like it's time to break out the strings.

Yup, we'll be there Thursday afternoon (fingers crossed) through Sunday.

Good to know, I'll be rolling in on Wednesday. Made some rather significant changes to the car, hopefully it doesn't upset the balance.

Update: The front tires are wearing very very badly on the inner shoulder. Tires pressures are fine, all balljoints are tight, wheel bearings are good and as far as I know the shop's alignment machine is kept well calibrated (my first alignment there was fine).

What gives!? Its got me scratching my head, and pretty angry as well since not only are my $150/corner Yokos getting wrecked, but I just put on my Blizzaks that will no doubt suffer the same fate. Before bringing it back to the alignment shop again this weekend, I wonder if you guys know of any other reason why my front tire wear is so bad given the toe numbers you see.

Camber:
FL: -.3
FR: -.5
LL: -1
LR: -1

I didn't think it was the camber anyways. My front toe is .01 TOTAL, per the alignment sheet... what gives? Could dynamic toe be affected that much by lowering? Bump steer is minimal, especially for a mac-strut car given my lowered height. I double checked my bushings and balljoints, they look and feel fine, no slop.

I've got approximately 15k miles on these tires, no track time, and no stupid **** on the streets, just regular driving. If anything, I under-use these tires. Sorry, I don't remember which are the fronts or rears. I think the second picture is one of the ones I rotated from the back to the front the last time I rotated the tires. The one tire I didn't take a picture of must be the other rear tire, and it is near perfect wear.

Toe has to be out, regardless of what the printout says... Put it on another (different) rack.
