Ok i just bought and installed these and I love them. Directions on the other hand are terrible. It says on the instructions that turning the dampening knob to H is 0 and S is 32. Then it says Level 0-8 suggest for track use, Level 9-16 suggest for mountain use and Level 17-32 for street use. Why is it when I turn my knobs all the way to H (which is 0 for track use) the ride quality over bumps is WAY better than all the way to S. Someone please help? Are my knobs wrong or the instructions? Or am I just a dumbass?

 

The instruction are reversed because on mine 17-32 was the harder (track) setting.

 

there should even be arrows with S and H on the knobs bud. Just keep testin driving and adjusting until the car feels the way you'd like it to.

Be sure to adjust and set your pre-load aswell and once you have them dialed in be sure to get a good alignment.
