New APS BOV Adjustment?

Just got my Agency Power BOV in red. It has the knob on the top and a large disc below for stopping the turning of the valve, I'm certain.

This design is different than what I've seen here discussed before.

If the knob is all the way down, contacting the disc/BOV is that total recirc or total discharge?

I wish folks would include SOME kind of instructions with their products ... thanks!

P.S. The reason I ask is that both are loose - on the threads but loose so it wouldn't stay at current setting no matter what ...

Agency Power does not equal APS. Two different companies.
