Titanium will flex more then aluminum. Aluminum is very rigid, under a certain load it will just snap, where titanium will flex then return to normal. Could be good or bad, not really sure but I know that titanium will flex much more then aluminum will from my mountain biking days. I broke a few aluminum frames, and rode a few titanium frames. They are two totally different worlds.

Titanium has a veriety of properties which make it an ideal material to use for very high stress situations:

1.incredibly lightweight

2.superior fatigue strength (meaning it can be placed undre trememndous load repeatedly and not weaken considerably). So, it is as stiff as steel, but can maintain its strength over time much better.

3. very good resistance to corrossion (since it is non ferrous)

4. even after welding, it is stronger than steel.

5. While aluminuk is very strong and lightweight, it takes a bigger and thicker aluminum tube to be as strong as titanium, so titanium can save space.

6. Titanium is has excellent natural ability to absord virabration.

youre right, but the strut brace will be the last thing that brakes in an evo or any car for that matter, they dont break

Adam - what would you charge for the titanium front and CF/Aluminum rear bars shipped to So Cal? Any more of break for the two at once?

Also what other Cusco items do you have?
