Got your PM.
My initial reaction is that you should ask the vendor you bought those parts from to provide some support. I don't sell any of those parts except for the endlinks, and would have tried to persuade you from purchasing many of them in the first place. I hope your previous blown coilovers were covered by your vendor or were under warranty.
But you sound pretty desperate, so here's my advice on dealing with your rear noises, keeping in mind you've checked everything else:
1. Accept that some coilovers with weak/low quality pillowball mounts can make some noise. If it's more then you can take, then go to step 2.
2. Put stock rear strut top mounts on your Megans. I don't know if this is possible with their coilovers, as I tend to stay away from them for reasons like this.
3. Put stock endlinks back on. See if noise is gone.
4. Put stock rear sway bar back on. See if noise is gone.
5. Put stock struts/shocks back on. Enjoy peace and quiet.
Loose endlinks are a common noise causing problem, but it sounds like you had checked these pretty carefully. If they're tight and new, they and your swaybar should be quiet.
Try having someone ride in your back seat to try and locate the sound. Maybe put them in the trunk.....
Completely removing the rear shock and checking for play in the pillowball itself would be a good idea. If there is a good amount of play, toss the rear mounts in the trash, set them on fire, and try and put the stock rear mounts on.

i had Tanabe sustec pro 2 coilovers on the car and decided to get a bigger rear sway bar. put it on and started to hear a bad clunk in the rear. often happend when i would take a tight left turn. replaced the rear endlinks because i thought the larger rear sway bar was hitting the A-arm. found out the rear shock was leaking. replaced the whole suspenion with Megan street coilovers. so here i am today with
megan street coilover
perrin rear endlinks
H&R 27mm rear sway bar
over almost every bump i hit, the rear suspension sounds like something is loose. it goes "kaa-CLUNK!!" i have been under there countless # of times and checked all the rear suspension parts. everything is tight. i have also tried to move my wheel while in the air and still attached to the car to see if i have bad wheel bearings. there was no slop in the wheel at all.

Sorry if I came across as harsh before....I just don't sell some of those parts for a reason, and I don't want people to think you got those parts from us.

I'm always glad to help out our customers, calls are forwarded to our cell phones after hours and on weekends. After sale support is something we take very seriously here. Unfortunately, I don't always have the time to help out other people's customers....
BUT please call me and I'd be glad to help you out. No worries, it's Friday, I got the time and you sound pretty frustrated.

Around 3-5 pm eastern time would be better. Just ask for me if someone else answers.

but i cant call later. im out of work at 3 then i have a ton to do. just bought a house and its hectic. but what im going to do is, when i change out my transfer case and rear diff fluids this weekend, im going to take off the rear strut bar all together. see what happens then. in midst off the move, my mother threw away my stocker so dont have that. haha. whatever.
but i tried the stock endlinks, thats when i got the new perrin ones.
i dont think the pillow ball mounts come off the megans.
i was recomended to buy these megans by many well respected member here being that they are an entry level great performing coilover. and i want coilovers for my own reasons and u have some serious stuff, so i dont think for what i do any coilovers u sell would benifit me. u have top of the line, i only need entry level. but boy would i love some Ohlins.
