staggered offset question

Ive been trying to find an easy way to fit a set of enkei rpf1's on my car. The 18x9.5+15's will fit with alot of work. Mainly in the rear. So im thinking that since the +38 has the same face as the +15, im wondering if i can run the +15 up front and the +38 rear. I see alot of people running the nt03's in the +27 with a 12mm spacer up front, thus bringing the offset to a +15. The nt03 needs some fender rolling in the front and rear.

I think this would be a better option rather than risking serious rubbing and possibly ruining my rear 1/4 panel trying to roll and pull it out to fit the +15. I may also run a 10mm spacer in the rear to try to even it out. i think a wheel sticking out in the front with a wheel sunk in the rear doesnt look right.

Assuming that the faces are the same, will there be any problems running this setup? I will be on coilovers and not too low. Aside from tire rotation is there any downside to running staggered offsets? thanks

Should be ok as long as you keep the tires same size for all four.

They will be fine, but you are right about them not looking right. The fronts will be very aggressive, where as the rears will be an easy fitment. Your spacer idea is good though, I would do a 10-15mm though. If you run enough camber, you can get the +15 to fit in the rear. Your 100% positive they are the same face on both offsets though?

What he said.

Different tire sizes will cause strain on the AWD system. Aggressively low offset wheels will cause strain on the wheel bearings.
