wheel size?

what size wheels would fit on an 06 evo mr with tein s-tech lowering springs. i think the bbs are 18 x 8.5, but am not sure...also what offset?

Stock BBS wheels are 17x8, not quite sure the offset. Do a search in wheel and tire section. Wheel size isnt a factor for lowering springs, just make sure that you use the appropriate size tires.

If you are planning on getting S-techs, you may want to spend a little bit more and get some better springs. Swift or Works are much better.

Stock MR BBS wheels are 17x8 @ +35 offset. I'm not sure exactly how wide you can go, but you'll scrub in the back before the front. 18x9 would probably be fine with a +35 or +30 offset and a 255 tire. The Wheel and Tire sub forum would probably be more helpful ... try searching there.

DOn't go less than +30 unless you want to roll your fenders.

You can go +29 all around and should still be fine, I am running 18X9 + 29 offset with 245/40/18's.

18x 8.5 is best size i think with 245 40 18
