Guys im currently running the Proxes RA1 in a 235/45/17. i would like to get a 245/40/17 in a BFG kdw2. i mainly drag race but dont want to go to drag radials just yet. any ideas for replacements? thanx B

2nd NT01's, they have stiffer side walls.

 

i was looking at those. i like the tread pattern. looks like lots of contact area. I accually need a tire with a softer side wall opposed to stiff one. I drag race so i need some flex in the side wall like a slick.

 

also, was wondering which size to go with to stay as close to the stock overall dimensions? 245-45-17 or 245-40-17? thanx B

 

Not all the tires are going to be the same size...but the 245/40/17 will have slightly shorter OD, the 245/45/17 with be slightly taller. Both sizes are around 1/8-1/4" different from A046 235/45/17.
