Tein's website says the lowering spec is 1.77.

I have my car lower than that with stock suspension components (control arms, tie rods, etc) and there is no reason the car couldn't be in spec.

As laminar flow pointed out. Adjust camber bolt to min. Then set toe, very simple. The mcpherson strut in this car does not gain any appreciable camber during compression so camber won't be huge.
