Lugnut Question

Ok, it's finally Spring... I think. Anyways, I removed my winter wheel and install my OEM wheel. It had one lock nut on each wheel while the rest are the OEM lug nut. I took it for a test drive and it seem to jerk a little when I slow down. Everything seem tight. Also, there seem to be some noise coming from the rear tire. Do I need an alignment and or wheel balancing? another question is... Do I have to put the exact wheel on the correct order as when I was taken off the car??? Thanks ahead....

What kind of noise is it?

If you have tires that rotate in a certain direction, make sure they're set in the right place, Arrow going forward.

Regardless, if tires and rims are different sizes... everytime you change u should get an alignment. Everything tends to loosen up after awhile..

Are the lug nuts you put back on the stock wheels tapered or are they flat? make sure you use the correct ended lugnuts!

I think they're the flat ones. The original nut that came off from the OEM wheel. I'll rotate them and then if that still does the same thing, I'll do an alignment.
