Is negative toe, toe in? or out?

Is negative toe, toe in? or out?
I know this is a stupid question my my rear toe is -.03 which is maxxed out. I know a little rear toe in is good but is this considered toe in or toe out?

negative fig is toe out. i know of some guys who are able to go more than -0.03 toe out.
