one of studs busted can it be replace ?

 

You need to match a stud (thread pitch, diameter and length), then you can just beat the stud out of the camber plate with a hammer and install a new one using washers and a nut to pull the new stud through so that the hat of the stud is flush with the underside of the camber plate. Good Luck
