Quick IX Tire and Spring Question
First off, I have about 5k left on my stockers. I'm trying to decide between the Falken 615 and the BG RE101 or w/e there called. Which ones are better for the daily driving/occasional boosting/having fun.
Also, I'm going to get lowering springs while I'm at it, and my friend has Tanabe GF210's on his 03 evo 8. Will these springs fit on a 2006 IX?
There an awesome price, $171!

Agreed. Go with something like Swifts or GTWorx or something like that. There's several threads on these. I ran Swifts on the street and track personally; but there's a couple really good choices.
The RE01R's are arguably the best street gripping tire out there. A lot of guys run them on the track in 'street' class, so that gives you an idea of the grip they provide.

Tires - Check out the Dunlop Z1 Star Specs. 615s are junk compared to the newer tires on the market now.
Springs - I agree with the posts here. Get some that are good.
