on the 17 x 8.5 +30MM what's the 8.5 represent and the 30MM for?

I pm'ed value a few days ago asking if they were available and asking some of the other questions such as price shipped with center cap pieces, but haven't got an answer back yet.
BTW, 8.5 is the width. It means 8.5 inches. The 30mm is the amount of offset.

 

I like how the spokes dip in on the center hub section. I like them, do you have more pics with this on the evo?
