Front sway bar for the track info and feedback needed please.
Since my motor is out now would be the best time to install a front sway bar IF I am to ever do so and I am wondering if its worth the money to do a front sway bar? Right now I am running JIC 45mm FLT-TAR coilovers with 10k/12k springs and a RRE 25mm three position rear sway. Or maybe is there a front sway thats adjustable and I can just set it to what would be equal to stock and then tighten it for a tuning aid???? I track my car and most of the info that I have found is mainly related to auto-x which I dont plan to do.
I am a fan. There's a couple people out there now autocrossing and/or tracking their car with upgraded front swaybars with good results.
Every one I've sent out has impressed the owner. More and more people are coming around to them.

I don't know of an adjustable front, I think someone mentioned HKS?
We stick with Swift and Whiteline, which are fixed. The Whiteline is 26mm, and the Swift is a little softer.

You could also modify the stockers to be stiffer and adjustable.
This is a pic of the rear to give you an idea of the kind of modification is needed, there's a how-to thread floating around also.
The stock holes would be your soft setting and the upgraded holes I'd say aproximately about the stiffness of a 25mm bar in the front.
As far as road racing improvements resulting from the front bar alone, It can be a good tuning tool but you are going to have to make the testing and developement yourself for your particular set up.
