Brembo front caliper detail question

Brembo front caliper detail question

The front crossover tube on my brembos was mangled when i bought the car. The nut on the compression fitting is not even hex shaped anymore and I just don't fell that it's safe. I recently got screwed on a set of used calipers here in our own FS section and I can't afford another set right now, BUT i'm handy with tools and have the utmost confidence in my ability to fab up some new lines.

My questions:

Do the crossover tubes use a standard size brake line and fitting? If so does anyone know it?

Does the inside of the caliper use the same fitting as the outside for the crossover? I have only had the car for about a month. I haven't seen the back of the calipers yet.
