I'll have Indy come in here and respond. I'm currently using the Swift Springs, but since I know nothing of differences between them, I'd be torched at the stake for posting an error. I-N-D-Y.....

the WORKS springs made to fit better than the stock springs on the bilsteins... lower it the perfect amount and come with their own bump stops, and then u mite as well get the WORKS camber plates and have an amazing handling evo on struts/springs :-)

I have MR Swifts and they are designed to work withe the stock MR Bilstiens. GSR Swifts are designed to work with the stock GSR KYB's. Great spring choice btw, you will be very happy.

I posted recently asking about the Swifts, Everyone seems to love them. I just put in an order for a set of the Spec-R's with Darkside Engineering. Cant wait to get them on my car

Swift SpecR Mach MR springs FTW! They are GREAT! I've had these on my MR for 2 months now and there is nothing bad about them. I've had no problems driving through NYC and NJ and there are A LOT of potholes! There's less body roll overall and the handling is improved by a significant amount.
