No, I just picked them up at the track the other night and made a couple passes. They are a true slick, so they are not for street use at all. I have them on the stock rims, and then a have another set of wheels with Dunlop Z1* for on the road.

I can take some pics when I get home tomorrow night of the tires on the rims, but as for on the car, that will be a while as Im taking a little bit off from racing and giving the car a break. As of right now the tires are in my apartment but my car is at Buschur this week.

No they are tubeless, that is why they are a pain in the *** to mount.

the problem is they wont bead up. I also worked at a tire shop. We mounted them at a specialty shop at a Drag strip who deals with slicks all the time. The problem is when they say 30 psi MAX and they take around 80-100 psi to bead. We had to use a Semi, blaster-can to get the bead to start. The blaster on the mounter wouldnt even effect them. We also had one bead just fall apart from the pressure we had to hit them with.

Another thing is: THESE WILL ONLY FIT THE STOCK 8 WHEELS! The reason is the rim has an angle to the bead, to where mose beads are more straight and end wont slide up to the bead. That is why the stock rim will work.

Iv only made 2 passes since I got them. My 60s were in the high 1.6s but me 2-step was too low and not coming off the line hard. My car is at Buschur right now, i will make a few more trips to the track torwards the end of the year, t should be in the mid to high 1.4s once I get my suspension on when I get the car back, and get the 2 step where it should be.

Why not put a tube in it? I think it would be fine right? You also said it will only fit Evo 8 rims..what about on evo 9 rims?

im not sure what good putting a tube in it would be becuase you still have to bead the tire. That was the only place where the problem was.

As far as the Evo 9 rims, they should still fit, I think they will fit most rims, its just a matter of how comfortable you are with putting rediculous amounts of air pressure in them. It gets scary when you have 90 psi in a tire that has paper for sidewalls and the max psi for the tire is 30!
