black or oem enkei?

black or oem enkei?

i have two sets of rims and tires kinda wanna get rid of the 18s and powdercoat the stock enkeis was wondering if in the future that would effect possible higher resale value?

black-$$?
oem-$$$?

oem.

personally, I don't like black rims at all, and keeping it the oem color will give you a higher resale value.

powdered coated rims fade anyway, so just stick with stock.

Put the stock Enkei wheels on since they look very good in my opinion. You can powder coat them black, but I'm not too much into black wheels either....But it wouldn't look bad if you do make them black. Put the stock Enkei's on though. And oh yeah, don't worry about higher/lower resale value...Just make yourself happy.

was kinda fishin at the idea of getting rid of both of them or trading them both for somthin REALLY nice ... oh yeah its a red 8 so black does look pretty good the 18s are black with a red lip looks pretty damn good

i say keep the stock wheels the way they are & go get some 18" Enkeis in a similar style to stock

I painted my rims black. It looks better than stock, everything on my car is blue or black though.

Ah, an opinion.

OP - Its all up to you. Depends on your taste, the cars color, and what YOU want.

I also have 2 sets, one OE w/all-seasons and my track/ax set are painted black with high grade automotive paint/clear (not rattlecanned). I never recommend power-coating as it can weaken the structure of the metal (aka wheel). The OE rims are actually painted/cleared.
