Wow you guys are running some serious spring rates. Back in the day all of Paul Gerrards setups were based off of 8K/10K rates for track duty on a street car. He said you could go higher on the rates but the improvement on the track was minor compared to the hit day to day driving took.

I run some of Robis KW's and I had them shock dynoed. They are able to support really high spring rates. The rebound adjustment has a ton of range and can control high rates. So anyone running his stuff should be ok with 16K-18K rates.

You guys have to consider tire choice when looking at spring rates too. And a BSP or STU auto-x car is very special case in terms of car set-up.
