ALL Robispec KW customers inside please!!

Two quick questions for everyone who has purchased a set of KWs from Robispec:

1. Do your coilovers have a specific "Robispec" sticker on them and not just the standard KW Variant 3 sticker?
2. Did your shocks come with Robi's specific spring rates on the rears, or did he have to ship you springs separately?

Robi told me the factory workers occasionally mis-label the shocks and send them with the wrong springs. I still have nagging doubts that something got messed up in my order and just want to see if anyone else has the same issue

I have Robi's clubsports. They needed the "RobiSpec stickers" but the spring rates were correct and this was right out of a new box. But the "streets" that I looked at right out of the box had everything correct. KW's quality control is slowly cathing up...

If the sticker bothers you to much Im sure Scott can send some out to you. But it is true that KW sends out the wrong spring rates w/ no sticker...

somewhat off topic but im so glad someone made this thread. Im looking at getting the Robi Spec KW V3 Street since everyone says its the ultimate setup for street but i want something that can handle street and occasional track days. How are the clubsports for daily driving?

I have clubsports and they don't have the robispec sticker on them..(would have liked to have had the bling )

Robi set mine up a couple summers ago. They had just been shipped to him from KW in a rush so maybe that's why they didn't have them. Not sure if robi puts the sticker on or KW does.

If you have decent roads, they will ride better than stock for DD. On crappy roads, they are a bit harsher than stock, but liveable.

When I lived in FL, I had them on robi's recommended track settings, and never had to adjust them. When I moved North (were there are more ruts and bumps than smooth roads), I adjusted them to robi's "street" recommendations and it helped with ride compliance

Dude! This thread is exactly what I woke up thinking about today. Ok, what is the difference between regular Variant 3 and Robispec? What is Clubsport...and what is the difference between that and the street edition? is there a price difference??

I was just merely suggesting that if you are attempting to just drop your car or lower your car for looks that RobiSpec setups are built for far more than that. How low you run the car will vary depending on which suspension/tire setup you run and how you balance it out.(cornerweight)

Well, I'm completly stock on the suspension wheels and tires for now. I'm getting the springs put in in about a week or two. I have speed bumps around my place like crazy. Just wanted to make sure they wont lower the car too much
