No one probably has this set up...

I WANT red te37's 17x10 slammed in the worst way possible just so my car can look a little better around town and such.... have some uniqueness to my life.

Does anyone has 17 inch red rims slammed???????

I seriously want to see it. I'm tired of the same wheels I've had for 2 years now and just want somewhat of a change! thanks!

HAHA that's not uniqueness at all. Go drive around your town for 30 minutes and i bet you will find a couple hondas with red rims slammed to the ground. Then all of you guys can take your red rimmed super rice machines and go to chucky cheese and play with each other

you will have to do a lot of rolling/cutting fenders front and rear to get what you want.

Ive yet to see this wheel combo in this size on silver Evo .. If you really want it and have $$$ do drop on that setup, go for it ..

Evo's are ugly... get over it lol Nicest car I've ever seen is an s2000 with red rims. Got a problem with that?

ill have a good amount of money. I don't really need anymore performance because I'm pretty happy now. So we'll see. If I don't do red then I'll probably do black. I've seen one guy on here with this set up with enkei rpf-1. seemed to fit ok. if they were 18's would I have more of a problem?

Don't "slam" the car or you'll *** up the suspension geometry. Unless you don't care about handling. The 17x10 TE37's sound good though

no i mean id use coil overs and id care about handling on track days and what not but I'm not gonna be at the tracks anytime soon so eh why not ya know? I gotta get other things squared away first before I hit the track again which probably won't be for the next 2 seasons.

I know it fits... there is a member on here with rpf-1's 17x10 lol
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I just want to know if anyone else has the same set-up on a more cosmetic stand point. I love rpf-1's don't get me wrong... I just wanted to see something different.

I know how to make a car perform well, I don't need a performance newb lesson lol.

Am I going to be the only one that has this? lol Sweet... more props to me :-)

I'd check the show and shine forum. This one tends to answer more performance-oriented questions.

What size tires would you run on 17x10s? 275/40R17s are a tough fit, even on 8" rims. The size most people go with to maximize tire width is 18x9.5 with 285/30R18s. You can actually get the car pretty low, but you'll want to run the Whiteline roll center correction kit in the front and the bump steer correction kit in the rear.

Coil-overs won't change the angle of the control arms. Ride height is ride height despite what you have (coil-overs or springs). A Roll center kit will help you with that.

Besides with 10" wide wheels, "slamming" the car will be difficult without major modification.

Just to give you an idea, here's an Evo running the setup I talked about (minus the front roll center correction kit of course).
