Help please! I'm looking for an aggressive rim
I'm looking for an aggressive rim in 18 x 9.5 or 18 x 10, with an aggressive lip, preferably solid black. I'm not really fond of colored rims with a polished/chrome lip. Must be solid color.
Does anybody stagger the rims on an AWD to have a deeper lip in the rear?
If I have to go with wider front fenders, roll them, use spacers, or have body work done to make them fit it's not a problem.

There are lots of wheels that will meet your first criteria so I will let you do all the google searching to find the exact style you like. (work, volk, or Ame are popular choices for that style of wheel)
As for your other questions, I am sure someone has run staggared wheel sizes on an evo for the "look" you just have to make sure you run the same size tire and your good. But the more popular option to have the same affect is to get diffrent "faces" on your wheel. Lots of companys have a Face for big brakes (small lip) and then a face for maximum lip. Volks and Work's both come that way.
If you go the route of running wider fenders up front you have a lot of options so again you will have to do some searching but for a starting point go look at the aggresive wheel thread. But in general on stock fenders you are going to find a lot of "aggresive" setups around 18x10 +25-ish offset. Hope that helps get you started.
