Need some advice on my new setup

After reading SmikesEvo reviews and PMing him, I decided to change my current setup (BC Racing Coilovers) and go with something close to what he has. BTW thanks for all the help so far Mike.

In the next couple of days, I plan on getting HD Bilstein Struts, Swift R springs, Whiteline 24mm adj rear sway and Whiteline Center Roll kit.

My question is, does anyone know how will the new setup compare to my current one.

My car is a dd, and hopefully will see a track day this year.

Any comments, suggestion, advice is appreciated.

Well i cant comment on how the BC's rode but as a whole the new set-up will ride considerably smoother with less harshness but still be quite a thrill in the turns. I have not run the swifts either BUT speaking from a standpoint of experience with spring/strut set-ups i can say you probably will not be disappointed. Mike knows his stuff. But this is a game of what suits YOU the best. You might come to the conclusion that you liked the Coil-overs better, who knows. This is your car and your personality. It is all up to what you want and how you are going to use the vehicle. Good luck in any case.

Thanks Brian. I'm just worried that after I spend money on the new setup it will be similiar to my current one.

SmikesEvo, I read your review on megan coilovers (which BCs are basically the same thing, maybe a tad better), how would you say megan compared to your current setup?

Anytime xmaciek82x

Sorry, I have not been around guys, caught the plague (feeling better now).

BC makes the Megans.

DD wise, my current setup is much nicer/more compliant over bumps. The Megan Tracks (12k/10k) were harsh on the street (MI/OH roads). They worked OK on the track for me, but not as well in AXing.

On the current setup, track days are better, daily driving is better, and AXing is better.

Thanks Mike. So it sounds like the new setup is an upgrade from what I have and that will perform better.

Most likely in a street sense YES, and compared to the c/o's you give up the adjustability of the set up for what some see as better performance. As for me, i have ran enough strut/spring set-ups and am now moving on to C/O's so that i can move forward in my suspension tuning knowledge. Give a review of what you choose.
