Rubbing is frustrating

wassup guys damn ive almost done everything to try and stop the rubbing on my 18x9.5 +22 i had the rear fenders rolled, trimmed and added -1.5rear camber and it seems to still be rubbing im on megan tracks also.. and my tires side wall has all these marks from it and im able to peel some of the tire like string cheese! i had someone look at it and they said it was rubbing againts the bolt thats near the rear part of the rear fender that connects to the bumper im guessing...? has anyone with the same set up experienced what im going through? if so some tips or solutions would be awesome! heres a pic of the ride so you guys get an idea. thanks!

i think there have been a few people that rubbed at the same spot as you. might have to modify the bumper mounting point, which i think has been done a before.. what size tires are you running?

That's what I am worrying about. I was messaged my another member with the same wheels. He used Dunlop direzza z1 in 235/40 to eliminate the rubbing. He used to be on 245/40's. Hope this help. It makes me think to just go with 255/35

^ you have the right Idea, + I need to relocate the bumper bolt as well, and with the new tires going on I am going to have to pull alittle more

do you guys think adding more camber would fix this? im not even sure how much camber coil overs can go and i think -2.5 front and -2 rear seems really agressive for daily driving.

Your tires are hitting the bolt/bracket that holds the bumper to the body. Some solutions to consider: -more camber, -raise your vehicle, -235's, - modifying bumper bracket

I've had several 18x9.5 +22 setups, including TE37's. You can see my setups on socalevo or on here.

I had the same problem as you but with 255x40x17 on 17x9.5 +25 . I had to shave and move back the bolt that holds bumper attached.

After many autoXes and track days its still holding up .
