help pls

i checked my coilovers today, they are HKS Hipermax II coilovers, it was my first time to adjust the damping, i didnt have any problems adjusting the front coilovers but when it came to the rear i dont know where the adjustment knob was.

there was only this knob that didnt turn and it looked like the cap for the air inlet in the tires.

any help would be appreciated! thanks!!
