wheel spacer and studs install?

I bought the h&r 15mm wheel spacers with the longer studs, what does it take to change studs? Do they need to be pressed in/out or is it pretty strait forward? Any help is appreciated!

Moved the hub around until the back of the stud you want to remove is clear (aka not going to hit the dust shield). Take a hammer (3-5 lbs works well here). Hit it - pops out. Put in new stud and get a lug nut. Tighten lug nut until it pulls the new stud all the way through. Repeat X times.

I'd recommend removing the hub off of the car... and if you have a press, great... if not,
do what Noize said... but off of the car, so that you don't damage your wheel bearing.

after removing, put the hub back on, and put the stud through and use a lug nut to pull through.

The Mitsubishi Tech Manual does NOT recommend taking the hub off for exchanging wheel studs. Follow Smike's procedure above, and be gentle, nothing should be forced. G/L

dont force? lol

i removed the hub, got the factory studs out with a single swing of a mini sledge. i used a press and an axle nut socket to get my arp extended studs in. no issues. if you use the lug nut method, i stuggest retorqing on a regular basis to help the new stud seat if youre a track goer.
