Have you changed pads recently. I've felt this when not braking in pads correctly. Moreso, I've had a chunk of debrie get stuck on my pad or rotor before. Either way, it's the same fix. Go out and slam on the brakes! Seriously. Start from a low speed like 20mph and brake down to a roll - hard. Then do from 30mph etc. Same process as bedding in pads really.
Well, it's pretty easy........Just go out have a drive for 30minutes......and go through the car wash........then you are done.....get ready to feel the warping actions........

You can't break what is broken. So, give it a try.

Yes, you can try scuffing your pads to knock the glaze off. I had the same problems--seems to me there is no way for the pads to get rid of the dust ie no slots in them. I went to slotted rotors and after market pads hawk HPS--which have a dust slot and haven't had an issue since--thats about 20k miles now.

I have had this problem with my car as well. I have had my evo for 11 months now and i only have 4948 miles on it. this has happened twice now! first at 1500 miles my rotors were warped and then at 4600. I don't brake hard or drive crazy or track it or do anything stupid with my car. My local dealer (that i used to work at as a salesman) have resurfaced my rotors and order me a new pair OEM. it has not worked and i can feel my rotors getting warped again! so now i'm going to call mitsubishi directly and escalate the situation because this shouldn't be happening and i think there is something wrong with my actuall brakes. I need to do this before next month though cuz the 12/12 warranty is almos up
