I am usually not one to focus on negativity, but when a companies attitude is " the customer is always wrong" it should not be left at that ...

I had a problem with a coilover loosening upwards( opposite direction of locking nut) and binding.

Sorry to hear about your situation. I am actually thinking about getting a set of the Megan Track coilovers. A lot of people uses them and they're pretty happy with the product. I suppose if I would be doing it myself, I'll probably use Blue locktite on them to be sure they don't loosen as time goes. Why don't you try Blue locktite and see if it will fix your problem?

I know you are the one having issues but look at it from an unbias point of view, I dunno who is right or not but from your conversations it seems like improper install. I know someone that is close to that company and they do have good customer service.

The vendor's reply certainly translates to a very poor customer service, even if that were not the case. This would mean that the product never fails and, if so, it is always the customer's fault.

yea thats a pretty bad response... very bad customer service with that being said this is why have never purchased anything from megan. Well their o2 housing but... sold it very shortly after i received it. Hopefully everything works out for you...maybe just search in the forsale thread and get a nice used set of some better coil overs.

I'd find someone else at Megan to forward this onto. Those responses are extremely inappropriate. I can't believe Megan would want this crap going on.
