Tein S Tech - Softer ride than Stock

I received my Tein S tech Springs for my Evo today as my wife told me on my cell phone while I'm at work. That was fast. I ordered them at Optauto.com 2 days ago. Anyways, right after I got home, I changed my clothes and ate dinner. Then off to my garage to install the Tein S Tech springs. I thought its going to take me like 6-8 hours to install them, good thing my neighbor brought some spring compressor and impact wrench. It took me 4 hours to install them. Wew, got a lot of black grease all over me as I finished installing the springs. Finally, its time for a test drive. Yessssssssss! I didn't expect that the ride is going to be softer than the stock. I like it a lot. And the drop was awesome, no more gap. I feel so darn good now after the test drive. A little proud of myself for the job well done.

Here are some pics after installation...

Sorry for the pics, I took these pics just now and in my garage.

Good stuff!
Did you document the install? That would have made a nice how to feature!!

I think they will last for 15,000 miles at least. The spring are the same as the stock, just a little shorter.

Well the installation was kinda easy. If I have time today, I'll probably do some Installation procedure for everyone to follow. The springs comes with instructions on installation but it was not detailed so I just install them through what I know.

I made the autobot symbol and had a Sign shop made it for me. I didn't see the STI Transformer yet. What's the website for the STI Transformer? I bought the Tein S Tech at optauto.com for $175 including tax and shipping.
