Dude, its from your tire rubbing on your line. Get some braided lines since your going have to bleed your brakes anyway.

Yeah that looks like your ware it down on the wheel and then you pushed to hard one day and just broke though the threading. Thank your lucky stars it did it in your driveway from accidentally pushing the brake pedal too hard instead to the clutch and not in the middle of a hard braking turn. That was the right side of your brain warning you.

Well if you want some SS lines and fluid we got em and I can give you a crash coarse in swapping them its really very easy.

Make sure you get a 10mm flare nut wrench for the lines. Don't even think about using a open end wrench.
