Okay so the other day I was cleaning up the under side of my car and I noticed something wrong with the tire. On my yokahoma advans (stock tire) they seem to be cracking in between the tread of the tire. The car just hit 10000 miles and the tires still have a good amount of tread left. Any ideas what this could be from? Im thinking it is dry rotting and think mitsubishi warranty might cover this?

 

Sounds like dry rot. I would replace them.
