Swaybar issues

Hi, im new to the forum and evos in general, and im having an "i feel stupid" moment. I was just gonna swap out my sway bar, and as i was removing my old one i was having some difficulty. I completely unbolted it from the car, but when I tried to remove it, it either got stuck on the suspension components above, or the exhaust below. I know it should be way easier, so I must be doing something wrong. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I didn't have to drop the lower control arm on mine, but some people find it easier doing so. I'm sure you could wiggle it out though!

I dropped the exhuast from the hangers and dropping just one control arm isn't a must, but it takes seconds and make the install much easier.
