Thanks Smike! I knew I was right. It's not ****ing rocket science. I don't know what the hell to do now. I went back and forth with this guy on which one to adjust and we just went round and round in circles until I just got frustrated and left.

 

Give one of the shops I listed a call.

Edit: Take it up with the shop owner, print out the pics above. Make them fix it or get a refund.

 

I just emailed him the pics. I said if you don't want to do it, I expect a refund. We'll see what he says.
