suspension setup help

i drive a 06 evo 9 rs and i recently installed a used set of billsteins off the MR and love the height and the ride but i noticed the struts needed to be revalved and i am planning on building the car to 430whp ... would it be stupid to do a revalved bilstein wit swift spec r springs and swift rear sway bar ??? i got a perrin rear sway bar kit but it rubs a little too much makes alot of noise as well, and the coilover setup is really uncomfortable in the city so any input wud be great
