you would have to send out your struts to billstein to have them revalved to your custom specs.

Don't quite understand the question here. Springs can only be installed one way.

heres how it is sorry for being hard to get loll

i have on my car right now a set of used mr struts wit roughly 20k on them, i want to revalve my Bilstein Struts to increase the spring and also because i am going to have 450+whp soon and i dont like coilovers in the nyc driving conditions

so i was researching and i saw on one of ur posts Smike about the specification of the Spec - R Springs ..
Swift Spec R's: 157-358 lb/in (6.4k final), 196-380 lb/in (6.8k final) (153-380 for MR). -1.4 in, -0.8 in drop

did u get that spring rate from revalving ??

because the factory specs for the Swift Spec- R is ...
Front Spring Rates: 3.2 - 4.8 kg/mm (179 - 269 lbs/inch), Rear Spring Rates: 2.8 - 5.6 kg/mm (157 - 314 lbs/inch)

i want the strut and springs to handle 450+hp and also handle a heavier load in the car, and from wat it looks like in the comparison that is possible by revalving im guessing ?? any advice wud be great !!

i have a perrin rear sway bar kit installed on the car already and i am planning on doing rear diff brace and steel bushings, full poly kit and rear strut tower bar.

any insight wud be great

The Swifts you bought are designed to work with the OEM Bilsteins. If you want to revalve the shocks for a stiffer spring rate, it would be wiser to consider what is available out there that would work with the stock shock design. You would have to let Bilstein know what rates you paln on running so that they could valve to the minimum specs required to run your spring choice. Is that what you're asking?

What I would do is have everything installed, drive it, and see how you feel before proceeding any further with mods. Autox and drag suspension setups are drastically different, so you will never get best of both worlds.

This. Call Bilstein and tell them you want this. You use the maximum spring rate for revalving.

You can't change a spring's rate by revalving a shock. You can revalve a shock to match your spring's rate though.
