Yea I'm guessing more than likely some of the weights might have came off the wheel. Start with balancing and go from there.

I recently just had the same scenerio you are in now and it ended up being that I need wheel spacers. I balanced the tires, rotated them, and checked the rotors for warping.

Just giving you more suggestions because I know how stressful and irritating it can be.

Oh, and check to see if the lug nuts taper off on the hub correctly.

Good luck, hope you figure out the problem

this thread has some good information about determining the component(s) responsible for the shake.

When you bring in a fancy car they likely will balance with weights on the inside of the rim or stick on weights. Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't. If you have shake and can walk around the car without seeing wheel weights, have them rebalance with weights on both sides of the rims.

Did it only happen after the rotor install??

Did you have any debris on the hub surface?? slight rust?.
Anything .002 between the hub and rotor will be felt in the brake pedal.

But as everyone has stated, get the tires balanced first and go from there.
