You WILL notice a difference with them. Well worth it.

Sway bars need to be setup correctly for your needs. The EVO doesn't have large problems with excessive roll that many production cars have so getting sways won't make a huge impact. Try going with coilovers first them if you need more handling improvements look to sways.

last thing i want is a rougher ride....but i would consider lowering it..if i could end up with the same ride....I lowered my lightning and im regretting it everytime im on the highway i get jolted when i hit bump....as it is the evo rides hard......looks liek im gonna go with the cusco chassis parts...just not sure of any other suspension mods...Id really have to see how hard the coilovers are...

Just check the spring rates and the range of shock valving to compensate for ride.

If I want to dial out understeer, would you recommend getting rear struts or rear sways first?

a nice rear adjustable rear sway bar like the one from Cusco is the way to go. I have it and I would reccommend it. It really shines at the roadcourse

I'm surprised to hear things like this. Isn't the EVOs chassis one of the stongest stuctures out there?? I currently have a 97 Z28 and did subframe connectors and it DID make a huge difference....but it's also a pretty dated chassis.

There is no such thing as a chassis that is too strong. It all makes a difference. I would say the rear strut tower bar made the biggest difference to rigidity.

I believe Cusco makes the best parts to put on your Evo.
