Poor service from kw suspensions

Anybody have any experience dealing with them? Needed a couple of things from them, and they keep telling me to order the parts through jegs or summitracing. None of those vendors offer kw suspension! Specifically need a spring perch (threaded the little tightener screw,) a purple rebound adjuster (lost it) and camber bolts (rusted.) Any vendors here that can aquire those parts?

We carry KW. What vehicle is this for, model of kit in question, and any part numbers would help greatly.

I ordered directly through them without a hitch...talked to their technical service guys; got the part number and it came right away...

All it was some some set screws....

2006 Mitsubishi Evolution IX. for the variant 3 coilovers. Need a front spring perch (should be same front and rear,) front camber bolts and a rebound adjuster. No part numbers, Neal. The gentlemen at kw said hed email me back the parts and numbers, but all I got was a "you need to call jegs, summit racing, etc..."

Oddly enough, Mueller doesn't produce anything himself....

Doesn't Mueller just modify another brand's coilover to their specifications? If so your comment doesn't really make sense.

OP, I don't see where the poor service comes from. You have a used product with worn/lost parts. You should be going through an authorized dealer to get replacements. Many manufacturers do it this way.

I didn't want to say it in so many words, but you are right!

The poor service comes from a lack of part numbers provided, and referral to vendors that dont carry their product to begin with. If I'm promised an email with part numbers and prices, I expect nothing less. If I get less, I expect a reason why.

Hello,
We I found two out of the three parts that you have asked for. I was not able to find the camber bolt’s, I imagine that you might be able to find them at a local hardware store. You can order these from any of our local retailers; just provide them with the part number. You can try summit racing, jegs , ect.

Thanks,
Adam Tormey

Home depot carries camber bolts now?

A good hardware store will carry a decent variety of Grade 8 bolts that can be used in the same fashion. Just pull them out and go hunting locally. Another route you could try is to give Robi a call. He specializes in KW3 variant coil overs and these are all parts he should be intimate with and possibly have at his shop.

Yeah if that's the email you got back, that's pretty sad. It helps to go through an authorized KW dealer that knows what they're doing.....you'll get a lot more attention and things happen a lot faster.

That Adam Tormey guy is probably some PR guy that doesn't know jack about anything technical (doesn't know how to get part numbers), nor the business side (doesn't know the vendors).
