i disagree. SWIFT is the ONLY choice.... lol... GTWorx is a great srping. My second choice after the swifts, then again, i'm biased. I would like to ride in a car with these on, but I know that the feel would be close to exact.

Great pick up bro!!!!!

I learned its possible to make the evo a worse handling car.

Wow the drop is great especially from the front. Does the nose squat(bottoms') when making/attempting an emergency stop to haul the car down?

I wish I had gone either GTWorx/ or Swifts before I'd gone C/O's.

Sorry, I forgot I made this thread! The springs are all settled in and sit really nice now. The front is a tad higher than the rear but not very noticeable at all. The handling just seems to get better as these break in too. I've noticed a bit of rubbing on my front tires but I chock this up to crappy soft side walls on my all season tires. They definitely have a VERY linear feel to them as you turn in on an increasing radius turn and respond great when throwing it into a hard corner too.
I've run at least 8 different suspension setups between this car and my DSM and these have been by far the best springs (in this price range) I have used to date!!

I have these springs on my MR with re-valved bilsteins to match, and while the ride quality is less comfortable then the stock MR suspension it is quite an upgrade, the car still has body roll/lean but its just enough to give you that stock suspension feel it leans squats and then doesn't go any further...allowing you to feel the car out pretty easily.

for the track i wish they were a little stiffer but for the street they are just about perfect.

here's a pic of the body roll on track. Its still defiantly there (nt01 tires)

basically I think this is the best setup before going to some KW v3's or higher.

defiantly worth the money.

wazzelby: I haven't had any issues with rubbing I run Star spec's as my street tire and NT01's as my track tire..both in 255/40/17

enjoy the springs defiantly a great upgrade for the $$

By chance, have you run the springs with the factory-valved Bilsteins? If you have, how would you describe the difference? TIA

Nope, I wish i could comment on this but my suspension was super soft and ready to go, so I got them rebuilt to match the gtworx springs before I even received the springs at my door.

Would you post that in the Vendor announcement section or where? I need to pick up a set before next season and a sale would be the perfect excuse to spend the money now.

I'm running these on the factory Bilsteins, I swapped my stock springs and struts for these @ about 38-40k miles so the stockers where still in good shape. Although not crazy stiff or low there is definitely a noticeable improvement both in handling and ride quality. I think the ride quality improvement may have something to do with the progressive design but I'll let Andrew comment on that. I have another set of stock Bilsteins available that only have 14k miles on them. Still with the stock springs and upper mount installed. This would make a great combination for someone looking to improve the handling of their street Evo.

looks like a good height for the car, and not too big of a drop.
