squeel

I recently replaced all 4 dba rotors and hawks pads. Sometimes when I do a slow turn, the driver's front brakes would squeel even though I don't have them applied. Could it be the pads are not aligned correctly? any help is appreciated.

Typical brake squeal is caused when the pads vibrate so much in the caliper they create a high pitch harmonic. However, this is usually done when applying the brakes, not under normal driving. Only thing I can think is the caliper is moving slightly when you turn and putting a tad of pressure on the pad. Were there any shims that were not installed?

the original brakes was seized when I bought the car so a friend's shop suggested this setup. Not sure if any shims are missing. If so, where can I get some?
